God looks at us as his children, think on that for a minute. When we accept God into our lives we are now his children meaning he sees the burdens and sins we carry and he doesn’t them against us. When God looks at us he sees us as having our accounts settled by the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. When I think on the whole of God of how much God loves me, I realize how faithful God is in his love. When God makes a promise he keeps it. The Lord always leads us down the path that will draw us closer to him. I feel like sometimes we desire instant gratification from God and we don’t actually take the time to really know him. The Lord desires intimacy. When we put our trust in God we learn how he operates, and we learn how God opperates.
God makes all difficulties work for our good, even when that good is not what we expect. God operates in his own timing not ours. By knowing God more intimately we learn to trust the Lord and we also learn to not let the shame of our sins and our actions. God wants us to understand how he sees us. God is a father who wants to teach his children and show desires us to love him and glorify him in all that we do. As my life starts to take a new direction as I begin to earnestly look for a job I keep the reality of God’s love as a source of comfort and I choose to trust him in all things.
