Eyes on God

Sometimes we think about things and worry about the future. When we look to the storms and mountains around us we end up becoming overwhelmed. God tells us to keep our eyes on him. He wants us to live in the present and to anticipate our eternal destiny in him. Jeremiah 29:11 promises that God’s plans for us are meant for our prosperity. The key is to keep trusting God even when we are going through difficult times. We must trust in God’s timing and not on our own. Climbing life’s mountains requires us to trust God even when things seem difficult and stagnent.
