The Lord protects us. He goes before us and protects us. The Lord sets all things. The Lord prepares our paths and he fights all our battles. When Life feels a series of mountains, the Lord carries the weight of all that wears us down and sooner or later he brings us to the blessings that he has for us. For me God has provided an opportunity for employment. I am going to be working for a news company. This opportunity comes with a chance to increase my skills and to learn more about the field that the Lord keeps opening in the media field. When door open I must be sure to walk into them, trusting God with this new chapter.
I’ve been a bit nervous about the job. I dont always take change well and I am having to prepare for changes in my life that will be occurring as I begin my new job. It’s full time and that means that some of the stuff I’ve enjoyed in my will have to be reduced or dropped. I have had to wrestle a bit with those ideas. God has helped me find peace when these thoughts have threatened to overwhelm me. God has helped me to overcome these thoughts. God fights the battles that we face from without and within, he has fought for me and he will continue to do so. God will fight for you to and he wll guide you to your blessing.
